Dr. Robinson founded Pacific Hearing Services over 30 years ago with the misssion statement "to provide the best hearing healthcare possible." He obtained his Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University in Arizona, his Master of Science degree from the University of Redlands and his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton. Dr. Robinson has taught classes in audiology at the undergraduate and graduate levels at local universities. He has served on the committees of the American Academy of Audiology and the California State Hearing Aid Licensure Board.

Rebecca obtained her master's degree in audiology from California State University, Los Angeles and her bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton. She is licensed by the State of California as both an audiologist and hearing device dispenser. She has been with Pacific Hearing Services for over 16 years, wher she has managed PHS's school program for hearing impaired children the past thirteen years. Rebeccas in charge of recommending and fitting students with appropriate classroom amplification, as well as coordinating and conducting semi-annual diagnostic evaluations for a majority of the school districts in San Bernardino County.
